I'm in the Sandy Springs Municipal Court defending my client against the charge of passing a stopped school bus.

Georgia law requires that all the traffic must come to a halt for loading and unloading of a school bus.
The signs to look for to determine if school bus is loading or unloading are the flashing red lights are activated and the stop sign is extending or has been extended.

After considerable negotiations with the prosecutor, I was able to get my client's charge dismissed. My client is extremely happy with this outcome.
