What is Georgia's Joshua's law?
Joshua's law was passed in Georgia in 2007.  This law changes the requirements for teen drivers to obtain a class D drivers license.  It requires that  drivers under the age of 17 must complete a drivers education course, that is approved by the state of Georgia. The teen driver must also have completed a total of 40 hours of supervised driving, which includes six hours of night driving.
