The person applying for a learner permit must be at least 15 years of age. He or she will be required to pass and eye examination test.
An applicant must possess a Georgia DDS certificate signed and notarized by the school. This is valid for only 30 days
Driving is restricted to being supervised by a licensed driver at least 21 years old. This supervisor must be in the front seat at all times.
