Dawsonville, GA., Homecoming Queen killed in crash.


Sadly, 18-year-old Grace Elizebeth Shear was killed in a crash Monday.

According to AJC.com, the 18-year-old lost her life in a collision with a tractor trailer truck. The collision occurred just one mile from her home.

According to GSP, Miss Shear while trying to negotiate a curve over corrected and lost control of her SUV.  Apparently, her SUV wemt into the eastbound lane and was hit by a tractor trailer truck.

Sadly, Grace Elizebeth Shear lost her life at the early age of 18.

Wet weather has covered the metro Atlanta area making roads more difficult to navigate.
If You must drive in wet weather, it is wise to slow your vehicle speed and look for any sign of your vehicles loss of traction.

Wet roads and high speed are a recipe for disaster.
