Fighting client’s driving with suspended license in Johns Creek

On October 26, 2018 at 3:14 PM: I appeared in the John’s Creek municipal court to defend my client who was charged with driving with a suspended drivers license.

I had the case continued until December 3, because my client’s license was suspended because of an out-of-state failure to appear in North Carolina.

The charge in North Carolina must be cleared before we can get his driver’s license reinstated in Georgia.

This informational blog about Drivers License suspension comes to you from the Alpharetta, Georgia traffic ticket defense attorney Scott Miller.
