Fighting client's hit and run in Fulton State Court:

On Thursday, September 27, 2018, I appeared in Fulton State Court with my client.   My client had been charged with hit-and-run.

This particular case involves circumstances that made the prosecutor unwilling or unable to reduce the charge of hit-and-run to a lesser charge, which is most often the result.

Following consultation with my client he pleaded no contest. My client's license will still be suspended but he will be able to immediately get a limited license from the Georgia Department of driver services.

This is a good outcome for my client who was in a very difficult position.

He is happy with the outcome, because he can continue to drive.
