8/30/2012 -I appeared in Cherokee Superior Court to day with my Client. She was in custody and was charged with burglary and violation of probation. I convinced the prosecutor and the judge to reduce the charge of burglary to misdemeanor trespass . The result was that the charges were reduced to the lessor charge of a misdemeanor and the probation violation was dismissed. The client was released from custody on that day.
