9/17/2012-- I appeared in Roswell Municipal Court today on behalf of my client. My client did not come to court.  He is away attending college in a western state.  My client was charged with speeding, driving 52 mph in a 35 mph zone.
I convinced the Judge and the prosecutor to lower the speed he was charged with, so that the charge will not be reported to his insurance company or the State of Georgia. This is great for my client in three ways.  First, the charges stay at the local court and will not be reported to the state which would have added points to his license. Secondly, my client's insurance company will not be notified, so no increase in rates. Thirdly, my client will not have to travel to Georgia to fight these charges.

My client is thrilled with the outcome, and says he will recommend me to all his friends.
