- Reckless driving 4 Points
- Unlawful passing of school bus 6 Points
- Improper passing on hill or curve 4 Points
- Speeding:
- 15 to 18 mph over 2 Points
- 19 to 23 mph over 3 Points
- 24 to 33 mph over 4 Points
- 34 or more mph over 6 Points
- Failure to obey traffic-control device 3 Points
- Failure to obey police officer 3 Points
- Possessing an open container (alcohol) 2 Points
- Failure to secure load resulting in accident 2 Points
- Violation of child safety restraint:
- 1st Offense 1 Point
- 2nd Offense 2 Points
- Violation of wireless device requirements 1 Point
- Operating vehicle while texting 1 Point
- Improper use of designated travel lane 1 Point
- All other moving violations 3 Points
