This was my second speeding ticket in less than a year. The first one, I paid the fine rather than going to court.
I called Scott and asked him if I should should I go ahead and pay the fine this time also. He explained to me that paying the fine would be pleading guilty to the traffic violation If I did this again, the charge would be reported to my insurance company and my insurance rates would go up.
