Attorney Miller is a Georgia native, born and raised in East Cobb County, Georgia and a graduate of George Walton High School. Scott completed his Bachelor of Arts in Communication Sciences at the University of Alabama with a minor in Public Speaking. A few months after graduating Scott began entry-level employment with the law firm McCalla Raymer, LLC., specializing in bankruptcies, foreclosures, and litigation. It was this experience that prompted Scott to attend law school. There years later in May 2005, Scott graduated from the Florida Coastal School of Law where he became President of Moot Court organization, Winner of the Best Trial Advocate 2005, and maintained Dean's Scholar status for four consecutive semesters. Scott had the good fortune to clerk for Fulton County Superior Court Judge Cynthia D. Wright between his second and third year of law school.

Attorney Miller successfully passed the bar exam on his first attempt and was sworn into the practice of law by Chief Judge Jeffrey S. Bagley of Forsyth County, Georgia on October 31, 2005.

Attorney Miller immediate "hung a shingle" in Alpharetta, Georgia and has been working for himself ever since. As of 2018 the Law Office of Scott Miller, P.C. has represented thousands of client matters successfully including Speeding tickets, Red Light & Stop Sign violations, Following too Closely citations, Improper Turn, Reckless Driving, DUI, Driving with Suspended License, and many others.

We also represent those charged with misdemeanor and felony offenses including theft crimes such as shoplifting or credit card / check fraud, possession or sale of controlled substances, underage consumption or possession of alcohol, assualt and/or battery, trespass to property, and others.
