What is the definition of an alcoholic beverage in Georgia?

Any beverage that contains 1/2 of 1% of alcohol by volume is considered an alcoholic beverage in Georgia.  This very small amount is considered an alcoholic beverage in Georgia  This is such small amount that it may be the last drop of liquid left in a beer can or a cup that the driver and passengers consider empty.  It is unwise to have any empty cans, bottles, or cups that have previously contained alcohol in side a motor vehicle. They may be considered an open container.
