The State of Georgia gives persons convicted as a Super Speeder 90 days after receipt notification, to pay the $200 Super Speeder fee.
If the Supper Speeder fee is not paid within 90 days after receipt of the notice, your driver's license, driving privileges can be suspended. An additional fee of $50 can be charged to reinstate your driver's license.
All of this can be avoided by driving at or below the posted speed limit. Drive safely and don't become a Supper Speeder.
