Georgia law defines a reckless driver as a person who drives any vehicle, car, truck, or motorcycle with reckless disregard for the safety of persons or property.

Reckless driving is not a simple traffic violation.  Conviction for reckless driving is a misdemeanor, which is a criminal offense and punishable with time in jail.

Use caution and regard for your safety and the safety of others and their property while driving.  If you fail to do this you may be arrested for reckless driving.
