On May 8, 2017, I appeared with my client in Roswell City Court. My had been charged with a DUI.
After negotiations with the prosecutor, which included viewing the video of the field sobriety test, I got to charge reduced to reckless driving.
My client, who lives out of town, is very happy because there will be no DUI conviction record.
