Buzzed driving is drunk driving, don't do it by Alpharetta DUI Attorney Scott Miller.
I often hear from a DUI client, "I was a little buzzed but not drunk."
Any amount of alcohol is too much alcohol consumed before you drive. It takes approximately 1 hour for your liver to process and remove 1 ounce of alcohol from your system.
If you have consumed alcohol and you feel only a slight buzz, if you drive you may receive a driving less safe/DUI charge. It is much better to recognize how many ounces of alcohol you have consumed and how many hours it has been since you consumed it. Don't drive if you have a slight buzz, you will be arrested if stopped.

The above is brought to you by the Alpharetta, Georgia DUI defense attorney, Scott Miller. You may call attorney Miller at 770-408-1001 for a free consultation.
