On October 12, 2017, I appeared with my client in Gwinnett Superior Court for a bond hearing. My client had been charged with violation of a restraining order, “aggravated stalking.”
Following negotiations with the court and based on the circumstances involved in this case, I got the district attorney to agree to a reasonable bond. The bond was posted within 24 hours. This result allowed my client to leave jail and continue to work, while I plan and negotiate for his defense.
