On May 27, 2015, I appeared in the Cobb Superior Court accompanied by my client, to fight his probation violation charge.
This probation violation issue resulted because of a dirty screen for controlled substances.
After negotiations with the prosecutor, I was able to get the court to reinstate his probation. My client was released from custody and will continue to serve his probated sentence outside of jail.
