On October 9, 2017, I attended a pretrial negotiation in Milton City Court, on behalf of my client. He had been charged with DUI.
This was my client’s second in a lifetime DUI.
After negotiations with the prosecutor, I got the court to agree to allow my client to plea to a first time DUI in 10 years. This offense carried a minimum penalty.
