If I refused to take the breathalyzer test or the field sobriety test, what will happen to me?

You can refuse to take if you sobriety test and the breathalyzer, urine and blood test. Refusing these tests doesn't protect you from being arrested for suspicion of DUI.
Refusal does prevent the evidence from those test to be used against you in court.
The penalty for refusal of these test is that the officer can suspend immediately your driver's license.
