If you have been convicted of a second DUI within 10 years, you can expect to spend at least 72 hours in jail. You will likely be placed on probation for a minimum of 12 months. You will be required to perform at least 30 days of community service. You may have a minimum fine of $600 to $1000. You will be required to attend DUI school and have clinical alcohol and drug testing. An ignition interlock will be required on your car for future use.
