If a probationer is arrested while serving probation, this will result in him or her being rearrested for probation violation. Arrest is the most serious of all violations of probation.
If you are arrested for a new charge you should report this to immediately to your probation officer.  The arrest and a failure to inform the probation officer, are both violations of your probation.

If you have questions about the above, or if you have been rearrested while on probation, contact the probation violation defense attorney Scott Miller in Alpharetta Georgia for a free consultation. 770-408-1001
