On Thursday, March 8, 2018, I appeared with my client in Fulton State Court.
He had been arrested for speeding and DUI.
Following negotiations with the prosecutor, I convinced the court to reduce the DUI charge to reckless driving, and to reduce the speed to 79 MPH in a 65 MPH zone.
My client will be on probation for 12 months, but he can terminate early by paying a $400 fine, attending a defensive driving class, and serving 40 hours of community service.
