I'm in Cobb County State Court defending clients DUI
On February 3, 2015, I was in the Cobb County State Court accompanied by my client for a DUI plea. The facts of this case did not authorize a reduction by the prosecution, and my client had to submit to the minimum. This included a monitory fine, community service of 40 hours, and attend a risk reduction DUI school.
