What happens if I'm arrested for DUI or reckless driving on GA 400?
Most traffic violations do not result in arrest. If the officer charges you with a DUI or reckless driving, or if he finds contraband in your vehicle, in all likelihood you will be arrested. Your vehicle will be searched inventoried and impounded. You will be taken to a detention center where you will be held for a certain amount of time.
