The Georgia Department of Drivers Services will suspend driving privileges for the following
non-conviction situations:
Driver's refusal to take a chemical test for intoxication.
Driver's failure to appear in court or respond to a citation.
Driver's non-payment of Child Support.
Driver's non-payment of the Super Speeder fee.
Driver's safety responsibility.
Driver's medical revocation.
Driver's school attendance (under age 18).
Driver's parent requested revocation (under age 18).
