The Georgia Department of Driver's Services is required by law to suspend the driving privileges of an individual for a conviction of any of the following offenses:
Driver's conviction of Homicide by vehicle.
Driver's conviction of serious injury by vehicle.
Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Driver's conviction of a felony in the commission of which a motor vehicle is used.
Driver using a motor vehicle in fleeing or attempting to elude an officer.
Fraudulent or fictitious use of, or application for, a license/ID card.
Driver's hit and run or leaving the scene of an accident.
Driver involver in racing.
Driver operating a motor vehicle with a revoked, canceled, or suspended registration
