Pedestrians using a guide dogs or using a white walking canes are to be given the right of way at all times.
Remain Alert for Pedestrians When Driving
Look for pedestrians on both sides of the street when approaching an intersections, or when turning, or near schools, parks, bus stops and other places. Look for pedestrians behind your car for children or other pedestrians before backing up.
