Alpharetta Criminal Attorney Scott Miller, got my ten year old charges and my arrest warrent dismissed.

My case was 10 years old and I was living in the  fear that if I returned to Georgia I would be arrested, or if I was stopped while driving any where I would be arrested.  While living in Georgia I was charged with identity theft.  A bench warrant was issued for my arrest.  When I was first charged in this case I could not afford an attorney, so I  was given a Public Defender.   I was innocent of the charges against me, but I was told by the public defender to plea out with the DA and get 1-3 years of jail time.  I was also told by the public defender that if the case went to trial  I could get 5 years if found guilty.
