At 5:20 PM, I appeared in Roswell Municipal Court with my client.
My client was charged with a very high speeding ticket, traveling 71 MPH in a 45 MPH zone
I was able to negotiate a reduction in my client speed to 14 mph over the limit. This will be a non-reportable offense to the Georgia Department of driver services.
My client's insurance company will not be informed of this issue. The court fine of $250 was paid and the case was closed.
