Monday, 8/4/14: In Roswell Municipal Court negotiating with the prosecutor on behalf of two clients. I reached an agreements with the prosecutor and the judge signed off on both of them. they were both excellent resolutions of my clients cases
After court I spent time with clients and their families and I explained to them what was required of them in order to get their case is dismissed. One client had to attend driving school, and the other client, in an entirely separate case has to perform community service. After this has been done and I will begin meet with the judge and the prosecutor and the charges will be dismissed in both cases.
