In Alpharetta city court today, I got my client's super speeder traffic ticket dismissed.

December 9, 2015, I'm in the Alpharetta Municipal Court defending my client against a super speeder ticket. The court accuses him of traveling 90 mph in a 65 mph zone.

After lengthy negotiations with the prosecutor, I was able to get the court to agree to reduce my client's speed to 79 in a 65 mph zone, which is a non reportable violation. This case was closed with that agreement. My client will have no points added to his driver's record, and there will be no report of this incident to the Georgia Department of drivers services. This result is A Big Win for my client, this is like it never happened.
