On October 25, 2016, I appeared with my client in Grantville, GA. municipal court to fight his high speed traffic ticket.
After negotiations with the judge, I got the court to agree to reduce his speed to 14 mph over the limit.
This reduction in speed will keep his record from being sent to the Georgia department of driver services.
Because no record of it will be kept at the state level, his auto liability insurance provider will not be notified.
