My client, who is a teenager, was arrested and charged with speeding and reckless driving for traveling 111 mph in a 45 mph zone. I negotiated for my client a signature bond, which requires no money be posted for his release, subject to conditions of the pretrial hearing. My client, his family, and I, are waiting for the pre-trial hearing.
