October 21, 2015, I am in the Dekalb County Juvenile Court defending my client who has been charged with driving without insurance.
After negotiations, I was able to get the charge dismissed because the client was charged with driving without insurance, and the correct charge should have been driving without proof of insurance. The insurance was active, but the Proof of Insurance Card was not present in the vehicle.
