Fighting clien't speeding ticket in Forsyth County.

On September 15, 2016, I appeared in Forsyth County Court, to defend my client against a high speed, super speeder ticket.
My client had been ticketed for driving 24 MPH over the posted speed limit.

Prior to going to court I had my client, complete a state certified defensive driving course.
Based on showing the prosecutor that my client had completed the defensive driving course, I convinced him to reduce my client's speed to 14 mph over the posted limit.

This speed is below the threshold that makes the ticket reportable to the state.
The Georgia department of driver services will not find out about this issue, and his insurance company will not be informed.
