Can I plead no contest a second time in Georgia?

I got a call this week from a potential client who said, "I was just stop for driving without insurance.  I pleaded no contest to a previous traffic ticket three years ago. Can I also plead no contest for the driving without insurance charge?"

A no contest plea can only be used once every five years. If you enter a no contest plea before five years you will be treated as if you pled guilty.
