December 11, 2015, I appeared in Cobb state court in behalf of my client who was charged with a super speeder traffic ticket of 20 miles over the limit. After negotiations with the prosecutor, I was able to convince him to reduce the speed to 14 miles over the limit, so that the offense will not be reported to the state of Georgia.
Not being reported to the state of Georgia is a case dismissed for reporting purposes.
