If you speed away from a traffic control device, you are wasting gas and adding more wear on your vehicle. You will always be stopped at the next traffic control device. It always helps to take a deep breath, relax, and go with the flow of the traffic. The busy streets of Atlanta will not allow you to get to your destination any faster by speeding.
