Fighting client's serious injury by vehicle charge in Fulton.

June 12, 2019, 10:00 AM: I appeared in Fulton Superior Court with my client, my client’s family, the victim, and victim’s family.

My client had been charged with Georgia code 40-6-394.

This code defines serious injury by vehicle, and if one is found guilty of, is a felony.

This code does not require that malicious intent to harm be proven.

The assistant district attorney from the bond hearing was present and spoke to the victim and her parents.

My client is off to pretrial services following this morning’s appearance.
