I appeared in the Roswell, Georgia municipal court to fight my client’s ticket for following too closely.
My client rear ended another vehicle on Roswell Road and was issued a ticket charging him with Georgia code 40-6-49.
This Georgia code states that “a driver of a motor vehicle shall not follow another vehicle more closely than is reasonable and prudent,
and having due regard for the speed of such vehicle, and the traffic upon and the condition of the highway.”
If anyone simply pays the ticket, they are pleading guilty, and will be required to pay monetary fine,
