On Thursday, March 8, 2018, I appeared with my client in Atlanta City Court. He had been charged with a following too close accident.
Following negotiations with the prosecutor, and after presenting evidence that his insurance company had settled with the other driver, I got the court to agree to allow my client to plead to a basic rules violation.
This case was reset to 4/12/18 at 8:00 AM, for presentation of the formal documents.
