On Tuesday, 11/28/17, I met with my client in John’s Creek city court. He was charged with a hit and run citation.
I explained to the prosecutor that there was virtually no damage to the other vehicle, and I presented documents that the repair had been completed.
I got the prosecutor to agree to drop the hit-and-run charge and stipulated to a non reportable basic rules violation.
