Fighting client’s speeding ticket in Johns Creek Court

On 9/27/19, I appeared with my client in John’s Creek Court.

He was charged was speeding 69 mph in a 45 mph zone.

This was the client’s eleventh speeding ticket and the prosecutor was not willing to reduce his speed to 14 mph over the posted limit. I was however, able to get the prosecutor to reduce my client’s speed from 69 mph to 64 mph in a 45 mph zone.   His violation then becomes a two point violation.

My client was required to paid a fine of $550 which was a satisfactory result considering his past history.

My client is happy with the outcome and in my opinion this was an excellent conclusion to his eleventh speeding ticket charge.
