Fighting client’s texting while driving charge: On Tuesday, August 28, 2018, I appeared in the johns Creek Municipal court to defend my client against a texting while driving ticket. Following considerable negotiations with the prosecutor, I was able to get this charge dismissed without a fine. There will be no record of this incident made with the Georgia Department of driver services. My clients insurance company will be on able to find out about this incident.
