Fighting clients aggressive driving in DeKalb Court
On January 9, 2015, I was in Dekalb State Court accompanied by my client, to defend him against a charge of aggressive driving. Following negotiations with the prosecutor, I was able to get the court to agree to reduce the charge to a basic rules violation, rather than aggressive driving. This basic rules violation is a non reportable offense, and in essence is a dismissal of the charge of aggressive driving.
