Fighting client's charge in Sandy Springs Municipal Court:
On Wednesday, December 18, 2019, I appeared in Sandy Springs Municipal Court with my client. My client had been charged with reckless driving and a high-speed traffic ticket.
Following considerable negotiation with the prosecutor, I was able to get his speed reduced from 34 miles an hour over the limit to 14 miles an hour over the limit.
This makes this ticket a regular speeding ticket.
I was then able to get the reckless driving charge dismissed.
My client will have to perform 57 hours of community service, take a defensive driving course, and pay a fine of $1000.
This is an excellent outcome for my client and he is happy with the result.
This is another happy client of the Alpharetta, Roswell, Sandy Springs, speeding ticket defense attorney Scott Miller.
