I appeared in the Norcross City Court accompanied by my client. He had been charged with a following too close accident. At the scene of the accident my client was also charged with driving a car with a suspended registration and failure to maintain insurance.
After negotiations with the prosecutor, I was able to got the court to agree to accept my client's plea of no contest on the failure to maintain insurance charge, and I negotiated a dismissal of the other charges of, following too close and suspended registration.
This is an excellent result for my client because it preserves his drivers license.

- Attorney Scott recently represented me and my mother both for traffic ticket charges. In both cases he got my mothers charge and my charge dismissed. He is a wonderful attorney and also a wonderful person. I can’t recommend him enough! Regina: Marietta, GA.
