This case originated in Alpharetta, GA, and due to the circumstances of the accident, I had this case transferred to Fulton St., Court. After discussions and negotiations with the prosecutor, he was unwilling to dismiss the charge. However, he did agree to a no contest plea from my client. When a dismissal is not available, a no contest plea is the best result. My client was happy with this result.
