Fighting client's super speeder ticket in Cobb State Court.
On May 20, 2015, I was in the Cobb County State Court, defending my client against a high speed, super speeder traffic ticket.
During negotiations with the prosecutor, I reminded him that my client is a good productive citizen, and he had a clean driving record until this ticket.
I then convinced the prosecutor to reduce my client's speed from 27 mph over to 14 mph over.
The prosecutor was then able to change this matter into a simple traffic ticket, and
no record of this ticket would be made with the state of Georgia.
My client is extremely happy about this, because he continues to have a blemish free record with the Georgia Department of driver services, and
his auto liability insurance company will not find out about it.
